Callie Turpin
2026 Goalkeeper

I’m a dynamic, athletic 2026 goalkeeper who plays for Vancouver Island Wave (BC Soccer Premier League) out of Victoria, BC, Canada.

My strengths:
Reaction speed and quick reflexes
Strong skill set as a technical keeper
Solid management of the box
Reading the game, fast decision making skills
Footwork and distribution
Focus and intense concentration
Bravery, calculated risk taking
Strength, power and dynamic athleticism
Positioning and shot stopping
Thrives playing under pressure

I have been recognized for my relentless work ethic and being a very coachable athlete. I work every single day at growing within my sport whether that’s at practice, matches, in the gym, speed and agility, research or trying out new things.

I also bring this dedication to my academics, having a 4.0 grade point average and having won academic awards.

When I commit to something, I always bring 110 percent.

As I’m a 2026 grad, I’m starting to explore post secondary options. This website is a summary of what I’ve done and will be updated to keep you posted on what I’m doing. Please reach out if you think I’d be a good fit for your school or if there’s anything else you may want to see!

My Journey as a Goalkeeper
